How much do I pay?
To import products from Kuaforista, you make three separate payments before the goods arrive at your doorstep:
1- Product Cost: The amount payable to our company for the products.
2- Tax: As Kuaforista, we do not charge VAT on exported products due to VAT exemption policies; instead, you pay the applicable taxes in your own country. (Please call us for detailed information.)
3- Shipping Cost: The shipping fee is determined based on the size and weight of your products and the destination address. (Please call us for detailed information.)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our products are prepared according to your order. While production time varies by product, it takes an average of 15–20 days. Delivery takes another 7–10 days (for the European hub). In general, your products reach your address within an average of 25–30 days (for the European hub).

All products we ship are covered by transit insurance in accordance with international standards. In the event of any damage, fire, accident, or similar incident occurring during transit, our company provides replacements for the damaged products free of charge.
